1.     Installation Guarantee

VinylletteringUdesign,com has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you damage the your custom vinyl lettering, we will replace it for FREE. You only pay for shipping.*

*One free replacement on your custom vinyl lettering for any reason it is damaged when being installed.  

2.     Product Warranty

                VinylletteringUdesign.com insures that every product is of the highest quality we can produce. We use high quality materials, and stand behind our products with a generous warranty. All our vinyl has Excellent UV, temperature, humidity and salt spray performance.

3.    Refunds

                    All orders are custom made to your specifications. We can only cancel or change order before they are sent to production.

            4.       Quotes

                    Quotes Provided on artwork are good for 30 days. Any changes to the artwork or dimensions will void the quote.
